SnapDeal – delivered me a wrong product

sir i had placed an order for baspo 107 jogger on 26th July and received it on 3 august but the snapdeal delivered me a wrong product and since than i have made more than 20 calls regarding the revert procedure to pick the product and for refund but every time the executive promised me for the pick within 24 hours and since than it has been a long wait. My product order id is 1143917059 and complaint ticket no is 2729978

i demand an immediate pick up of the product and refund at the earliest
