With reference to my Pnr number: 8505887447 for train no.12201 Garib rath exp., date of journey: 15.11.13, our seat number was 80,81,83. Whereas the coach had only 74 seats, and we left with no seats in the coach. For the 10 hours journey, it was not only mentally but also physically torture, due to negliance of railway. Along with 2 kids, it was a terrible journey, so we ask them to kindly return our money back of the tickets, and also the compensation for the trouble we faced during journey.
