Indian Railway TDR – Not Providing fresh Bed Roll

Dear sir With due respect, I travelled from Ratlam to Ahemdabad on 22.6.14 by train no 19166 coach B1 seat no 15. During journey attended has not given me fresh bed roll. I requested him to provide me fresh bed roll, but attendant told me fresh bed roll not available with him. I reported this to TC, but TC also not in position to deliver fresh bed roll. I lodge my complaint in compliant book available with TC. Due to absence of fresh bed roll, I was not in position to sleep whole night and faced lot of discomfort during the journey. Due to sleepless night, I am not in position to perform my important work next day in Ahemdabad with full efficiency. I am requesting you kindly refund my fair of Journey with compensation of Rs. 20000/- at the earliest. Regards.
