Hello Sir, i am sending this because of your awesome and against fraud service of the Airtel Digital TV. i have received call from Airtel customer care operator Avni (before 12/04/2014) for recharge my STB but i don’t want to recharge that for some period. so she told me if u r not using STB then return to the company then company will return refund to you within 30-45 days.Then company’s office boy (Mr. M.K.Pandey) came and collect my set top box on 12/04/2014. and he gave me receipt (no. RE/691 ) and My STB No. is 3359182204 (condition is excellent not used) after 45 days I m continuously trying to follow up this matter but no response at all from Airtel Digital TV. now customer care told me Avni has left the job and if u have any balance amount then only return. But first time avni said that recharge your STB or return your STB and get refund…. so both statements are conflict now… now I want refund or my STB (3359182204) back I guess there is recorded call… you can also check recorded call from system of airtel digital callcenter This is pathetic service . Now i am very much frustrated and fed up and writing a complain about it. I hope you people take action against it. Regards, Prachi Pawar 9920815xxx
