LIC of India – Online e-term policy no response

I have purchased an on-line policy from LIC on 7th June, 2014. I have made a payment of Rs. 16,000 approx. as a first premium for the same. I was informed then that I will receive an e-mail from your end in 1-2 days regarding the process ahead. I am highly disappointed that I have received absolutely nothing for the last 20 days. What I have been doing for the last 20 days: 1. Calling up the LIC Online help numnber (all 3 mentioned on the webiste) at different hours each day but no one has received my call. There is absolutely no response. 2. Please find below my conversation with “online_dmkt@licindia.com” where they have acknowledged my payment made and have again failed to respond for the last 10 days. This is completely unacceptable. I have finally called other phone numbers where again I have been asked to lodge an e-mail complaint, Seems like my only mistake was trusting LIC to take care of my life insurance needs. What I would like now is just to get my money back.
