My complaint is against India Post. I have sent rakhi from Navi Mumbai to Delhion 4th Aug through Speed post which charges extra to deliver the article on fast track but unfortunately it was not delivered till 12th Aug. It was supposed to reach destination by 6 or 7th Aug. There is nobody at postal dept to take the responsibility and to adhere the schedule for delivery of speed post.

Rakhshabandhan festival was passed without Rakhi as it was not delivered. Money , time everything was wasted. t caused a lot of mental agony and distress in family.

I want compensation of Rs 10000 against the loss of money, time and mental agony in lieu of spoil of festival.
