indiatimes.co.in – not received the product refund my money

My order was Sennheiser Universal Smartphone Headset (Order No: 3002907975). They delayed it and i was in need so I called your customer care to cancel it they told me that just refuse the order when it will come to you and we will refund the money. I did the same. I called their customer care again they told me that we have not received the order and we will refund it after getting the same. On 2nd Jan I called the supervisor Shalender Pratap Patel (I don’t have any worst word to describe his attitude). He promised me that he will resolve the issue within 48 hours and will call me back but I received no call. Then I called again on 6th Jan. in the morning and Monica picked the call she told me that Shailender will be available after 10 am, she told me that she will arrange a call back and I will get a call between 11am and 12 am but I received nothing. On 7th Jan after 3 attempts I finally able to speak to Shailender Pratap Patel. When I asked him why didn’t call me back in 48 hours and even I requested Monica for a call back from you, then he gave me a very beautiful answer ‘I was busy’. Today (14th jan) i called their courier partner red express, they told me that they have returned the order before 5 days
