i purchased a brand new mobile from shopping.indiatimes.com brand name is xolo model q1000 opus on 15 January 2014 , after few months my handset got dead due to some technical problem in my handset i given my handset to their service canter for repair on 14th may 2014 at abhishek technologies 306 , himalaya mall, 2 nd floor , ahmedabad gujarat 380052 contact : 079-40371500 my work order no is : 310000431098 till date i din’t received handset back from service centre, on 5th of June they called me for to check my handset still it’s defective they given me new jobsheet no : 310000487492 and sent my mobile back to their service centre back. still i am waiting for my mobile but they are not responding my quary please help me to get justice
