Micromax – Manufacturing defect – Review

Sir I have purchased a micromax canvas A116 on 13/09/2013(IMEI 911304256793237) There was a manufacturing defect in the display (a black spot on bottom left) which i havent noticed that time. On 22/11/1013 i have submitted it to service center @ujjain But the display was replaced with a poor quality display having differential contrast and bluish hue even dust was not removed from display. Again i submitted it two times on 2/12/2013 & 3/5/2014 but again the display is of poor quality affixed. The dust was removed but it appeared again because of loose fixing. Please look into the matter and take an action as appropriate. It should be replaced with a new cell phone Or if company is unable to do as mentioned above full refund of purchasing money should be considered.
