Micromax – No Proper Response – Review

Hi I purchased a new Micromax mobile handset A 116 and within 2 months it started showing problem. I gave the handset to s3 communication at Jayanagar Bangalore which is Micromax service centre on 17th of May,2014. It is now more than 1 month neither the service centre nor the company is giving me proper response. Everyday I call them they give me a new date. Im really in a harassed situation. The set is under warranty and no one is taking care and moreover no one responding properly.

Mobile handset cost me Rs 11,000 but the effort and physical and mental harassment which I had is more than lakhs of rupees.
