Micromax – Issues Like Restarting Camera Not Working

I have purchased Micromax MT500 model from MTS store on 13-01-2014. From the day of purchase my mobile had issues like restarting, camera not working, keypad not working, internet not working, phone lock (have to restart), etc. I have given the mobile for servicing for four times, now the mobile is in service centre (Job Sheet No. R1406FTN10348627) and they are saying it will take a month time to solve the problem as they are sending it to Head Office. I have asked for the replacement, they asked to bring the whole set as I have purchased and when I got all the materials they are saying they cant replace only they can service. MTS has offered 2GB of internet free for six months, i haven’t used the freebie.

I want a replacement mobile, if in case this model has the problem I would like to have other model of the same brand. I would like to solve this issue within a week not as they have mentioned for a month. As I have purchased the mobile with MTS, I want the 6 months freebies again.
