Sir,the aircel manage man has deducted total sum rupees 15 of balance unfairly on June 3 when i inquired to the cce they told me that i have downloaded a content an animation of rupees 10 when i replied that its utter nonsense thae told me that thier system shows so…but i insisted that its lie & my balance be refunded immediately but they said tha we cant cos u have downloaded…then again around 2 weeks time in June 11 i found that a message told me that this content is free to download you have paid for this content…download it..then again i found that sum amount rs5 been deducted then again i inquired about this to the ccs one of the agreed to refund after i confronted them strongly denying that i even have not visited the site in months then how come i downloaded this vpack he assured me that after 4 hours my queries will be resolved but even after many day nothing happened on the contrary they stooped to revive my calls…i have to cancel all my messaging tasks due to inadequate balance…despite all my repeated pleas they even did not answer property to my e-mails…which i shoot to them for many times…but all my efforts put to deaf ears,,then i did iced to seek refuge in consumer forum i have heard a lot about this so i decided to file my complaint here,so i m here with lots of hope n zeal that my issue be addressed at the earliest plz get back my balance sir i earnestly request to you this company is master in conning innocent costumers upon which they prey plz save me from their ruthless claws…sir its an hungry in total dis pare…u r my last hope…sir…

Just get back and restore my deducted main amount balance and assurance that this will not be repeated in near future not only me but to all other consumers who are nive…and are being continuously been exploited in the name of providing services
