BSNL – Broad Band Down No Response

My telephone and BB service is down for more than 2 months and had raised service request #: 110922160896 on 15/4/2014, so for no update on case and issues is not resolved by BSNL team. Having such slow response is not going to help BSNL customers and very tough to reach helpline and get our queries answered. Can you please help me to get BB up at the earliest? Firstly, want my service to be up and running and relief of Rs 20,000 from BSNL for cutting down BB service.
