Tata Indicom – Wrong Bill and regular hassesment

We use multiple Tata Photon connections .Tata Photon launched there new devices with High speed internet and we were offered these new connections in exchange of old connections by there executive. As per the executives instruction we paid all bills and dropped an email to listen@tatadocomo.com from our official email id on 31-Jan-214 to close all existing connections : 1- 9219500974 2- 9258010596 3- 9219002352 Tata Photon billed us for these closed connections for the subsequent month which we obviously did not pay. Tata Photo Customer Care representatives have been constantly calling us in spite of explaining them the situation. They are now sending “Legal Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues” on email and asking for payment.

They should stop troubling us and remove the bill.
