Hi, I have booked ticket through go ibibo.com on May 4th in ABT X Travels at 11.30 p.m for erode to bangalore. It shows the available seats and so I booked the ticket but after processing the payment I just got a message in the webpage showing that the ticket is booked by someone else please try different seat. I have booked the ticket through my credit card and payment has been done. I talked to ABT X Travels also and they too told that the seat which I booked is already filled. Actually i thought by some problem only they have processed the amount we can check after two days. The day when i booked the ticket I didn’t receive any mail regarding ticket confirmation but when I started talking about refund they are sending the confirmation mail that my ticket has been tocked after the travel has got over. They sent the confirmation mail by may 12th. I am having all the screenshot and they are making me fool by saying that you booked ticket on may 5th only and you travelled in that and so I asked for the proof which i travelled in their bus but for that I didn’t get any response. I have all the mail conversation which I sent for them.

GOIBIBO is a very fraud and cheating company. I want them to pay me 1 lakh rupees for their fraudulent behaviour and please take severe action on the team as they should stop cheating people like this.
