have received microwave oven. However, when we opened the packing, the plate was broken and cannot be used. I would have called up at the customer care but there is no response at all. Systems are always down because of technical issues for replacement / refund but in case I have to order something else system is working. I have made a mistake of buying something online from indiatimes and I need to spread the word that indiatimes delivers damaged products at discounted rates.

I wanted replacement of damaged microwave. But looking at the services offered by indiatimes, i request for refund and not replacement.
