IndiaTimes – Non-delivery of product-mobile phone

I have ordered mobile phone as on 12/12/2012 through online shoping store-shoping inditimes and i have paid amount RS.24631 at the time of order (i.e.as on 12/12/2012 ) and it was commited to deliver the product by 22/12/2012.After that to get the product i am taking daily follow up through E-mails and phone calls to customer care centre – shoping indiatimes but daily they are stating different reasons and at the end even today also i am not able to get the product and i lost the paid amount.(i.e i have not received product nor refund of paid amount.)

1)loss of paid amount Rs.24631 agianst product order. 2)from 22/12/2012 to till date there are a daily STD call charges i have to pay from my end to contact customer-care shoping indiatimes ( jamnagar to Delhi )

1)I need a product as early as possible. 2)All liable charges due to non follow of the commitment. 2)strong action againsts shoping store so that this shound not happen with other customer/consumer in future.
