Indiatimes On-line Shopping – Non Replacement of the wrong product despite advance payment

I have order Westinghouse Oil Filled Radiator Heater model WSOHF9 which is 9 FIN OFR with FAN with advance payment of Rs 7667 online on 15th Oct’2013. On 19th Oct I have received a wrong product WSOH9 which is without FAN. I have lodge a complaint on 19th Oct’2013 itself having Case ID 1128859 with resolution Date 13th Nov’2013. The resolution Date is already over almost a month back but despite repeated contact no action has been taken by the Firm indiatimes Shopping. When ever i contacted them a blank assurance has be given but no concrete response has been given and the resolution date is already over on 13th Nov’2013. The product I ordered is having Seasonal Use and after a few days it will be not required for this season of winter. Because of Non availability of the correct product I have unable to use and get the return for my money already paid.

Either A new Correct Product with adequate damage or refund of my money with adequate damage. The adequate damage in this case should compensate for the physical discomfort & mental agony. Also it should be adequate to penalize for the non response/timely response
