I placed an order for Set of 6 Fogg Black Collection Premium Deodorants – 800 Sprays Guaranteed, vide order number 3002955121, on 07.01.2014 and I am supposed to get the delivery by 16.01.2014. The shipment was delayed and they have delivered me the parcel on 21.01.2014. When I opened the parcel; to my surprise I found 5 pieces of Fogg Black Premium deodorants instead of 6. I immediately placed a complaint and my complaint was registered as number 1245831 and they replied that they have escalated a complaint for immediate reshipment of the short delivered product. Till then I have called them many number of times and as of now I have not received any confirmation regarding the reshipment of the product. I request you to help me in this regard in recovering the short delivered product to me or refund me the amount back. An early response from your end is highly appreciated.
