Xolo handset – faced a problem is not able to provide he updated status

Dear Sir / Madam, I purchased a Xolo handset in the month of Dec, 2013 and within a 1 month of use faced a problem of Speaker and ON OFF switch. Handset was given to service center (DM tele services Malad service center – 9223503594).on Jan 8, 2014 and till date there is no proper response from either the service center and customer care is not able to provide the updated status. My mobile IMEI no is – 911331300058176. They keep on giving the false promises that you need to wait and not willing to provide even the date when the problem will get resolved.

Preferably Money back or Handset replacement. After sales service of Xolo is very poor and hence you may decide to take strict action so that others may not face the difficulties in future
