Since the date I have purchased this product I have never been able to use it as it always gave problems. Once it was sent to the company earlier and was returned without resolving the problem and again it is lying with the service centre since last 6 months.

waste of time and money co-coordinating with the company and vising the service center on regular intervals since last six months. charges paid for packaging to send the device to their service center earlier. Mental harassment and inconvenience.

I want my money that I paid to purchase the piece and a compensation of Rs.50,000/- for all the above inconvenience caused.
