We purchased a Khaitan POWER 3 JAR Mixer Grinder worth 1799 INR from Indiatimes Shopping on 19-Nov-2013 and it was delivered at our doorstep on 23-Nov-2013. But the product is delivered defective and non functional. We complained to Khaitan Electricals Ltd. Customer Care, and then service engineer visited and inspected the problem. According to him the motor is defective and needs replacement. But till now no action is taken. It’s almost 45 days we purchased the product and not able to use it.

Immediate replacement of defective Mixer Grinder with new and functional one.
