I ordered a leather jacket from Indiatimes on 29 Nov 2013 . Order number – 3002847666. I have returned the product since it was not the right product or the right size that i ordered. I have sent the product back, which Indiatimes Shopping received on 12/12/2013. Courier Vendor – Professional Couriers Tracking Number – PRO875338 ETA – 13/12/2013 I have been following up since then, but no response what so ever from the vendor. I already got three case id’s – 1192348, 1202996, 1221911 I have been calling Indiatimes Shopping almost 20 times since then and all i get hear is that WE WILL GET BACK TO IN 48 HOURS. I want the right product to shipped back to me with the courier charges i had to bare for the return Or i need a complete refund at the earliest
