Dear Sir, I had placed an order (id-10768359,Prouct- True Blue voice Bluetooth, price-800 Rs) in May’13. Product delivered was faulty thus pickup was done by infibeam after lots of follow-ups. But instead of replacement same faulty product was delivered back to me after months of pick-up that too without main content. Infibeam accepted mistake agreed for refund and collected my account details in Sept. But still the refund is pending.

9 months daily follow-up and no response shows how pathetic service are, so need to penalise this company heavily. I have spent thousands on phone calls and wasted invaluable time of 9 monts in follwoup and been in deep trauma. Request you to charge 20,000 Rs compensation for the same.
