Order number – 3002501794 I received the product on 18th Jul 2013 and due to quality issue we have returned the item (Through Aramex courier /Tracking No 42747745926). We also recived a confirmation from IndiaTimes that the returned product has reached within the same week. My complain is that we are still awaiting our refund and our complaint has not been treated duly by India Times (Customer Service team) 1)No follow up email/call from their side (even after promising call back every time we call) 2)Different answers/status from different person every time we call 3)No time line/Assurance given for the refund 4)Its been more than 3 months and we have not recd even a single call from them
