NO.4249 Total Running : 32000km AMC SALE DATE: 09.02.2013. Complaints against them: 1. As I get AMC means I get prepaid service. But they behave like free service. 2. Every 2 months later twice I have work my bike handle with charge. 3. Then did not show the spare parts which was changed with new one by paying me. 4. On 4.10.13 I get service as per AMC with the problem of weaving of handle and back wheel. But after getting back from servicing on very same day at about 08:00 pm my bike was stopped. The bike was not started. Then and there informed Mr.Janardan. But in vain. And also very same day at about 11: 00 PM the same condition was again repeat. Then I have get my bike at home by walking about 1km. On 05.10.13 I go to service center with this problem. The service technician Mr.Dilip told me that the there was engine cylinder problem. You have to change it total charge at about Rs.5000/-. Though I prayed them to check whether any other cause of starting off. But they did not learnt my prayer. Due to lack of money I go from there. In the same day the my bike was stopped again. On the road side technician pulled the oil pipe which was goes to oil thank to carborator and flow air with mouth in the tank side. And also he said me the tank was air locked. So your bikes engine was not feed with oil hence the engine getting stopped. I go to another workshop and he was opened my tank lock and clear the air line. And the problem was gone and I have to charge only Rs.50 to him. I think there was any bad intention in the side of Narayani Honda service centre.

For harassment Rs.5000 For mental agony Rs.5000 For handled engine non-technical Rs.5000 For bad service providing though the AMC was done Rs.1500. Total relief claiming Rs.16500/-.
