On 02.10.13 I am sending a message by writing PORT to MTS customer care no. for portability my mobile no.9832297747 (MTS) TO AIRTEL network. But they did no send me PORT OUT CODE and said to wait up to 7.10.13. After waiting they told me to wait upto 14.10.13 and again to sent a message by writing PORT. But in vain. On 17.10.13 I complaint against them for unfair trade practice i.e. No.C13-52534988. But no fruitfull result was found. Hence this complaint raised for grievence.
For Harassment cost Rs.5000, for mental agony Rs.5000 I claiming against MTS. And I wants to PORT MOB.NO.9832297747 MTS to AIRTEL as soon as possible.
