Dear Sir i have ordered a prestige kettle online with Indiatimes Shopping.com.The order no is 3002861234 dated 03.12.2013. It was shocking to know that the kettle which i have received from the India time shopping is an used item.The inner coil is spoiled and smell is coming from the kettle.By which u can find out that its an used item I have attached then snap shot of the same for your records and evidence supporting my complaint. If the product delivered is not replaced with a period of 24 hours i have to go to the complaint forum that a India times shopping.com which is the group of Times of India, a leading new paper is selling the used product/defective products to its customer who shop the product from its website. Kindly resolve the issue .

I need a new kettle or my money back. i have complained on the same day about the issue i.e. on 06.12.2013 till date the issue is not being resolved
