I ordered a Ambadi carpet online from indiatimes shopping. Case Id 1348134. It was slated to be delivered on 17 apr 14. It was not delivered on due date. When I tracked the order it info of item having been seized at kolkata due to non payment of tax by retailer. I lodged several complaints. Item is still seized. India times have refused to cancel the order citing that when the item is returned to the ware house then it will be cancelled.

My amount of approx Ra 5000 is stuck up with indiatimes and they have shown poor concern to resolve the issue. I want the cancellation of order and refund of the amount on priority and a compensation of rs 2500.
