Samsung Service Center Says FlipKart Shipped Duplicate Battery

My order no-OD40420070214 was for a Samsung battery – EB425161LUCINU Battery for Galaxy S Duos S7562 which i purchased from flipkart.com was delivered on Mon, 28th Apr 12:31 pm Mumbai on my visit to Samsung service center i was told that the battery is not a genuine Samsung battery m attaching the job sheet of the service center where the service engineer has clearly mentioned that the battery is duplicate along with his personal contact no and service center details which i am attaching below and the flipkart incident id is [Incident:140510-030585]

I have been constantly trying to contact flipkart but my complain is not taken seriously i have always been told that the case will be resolved any i will be contacted with in 24-48 hrs flipkart also has mentioned on its website below the product that it is a 100% genuine product.

I want that flipkart should learn that consumers are not fools and cant be taken on a ride i should be taught a lesson by charging a heavy compensation and an example should be set so that other online websites are more careful before cheating anyone.
