My name is Mahesha CS. On 25th APR 2014 I have purchased a Lenovo smart phone A680 from indiatimes shopping. Since seller location is different from my location I have received the product on 28th APR 2014 at late evening. One of my colleague received this product since I was not available in the office. I got the product in my hand on 29th Apr 2014. And I came to know that the product is defective. The touch was not working properly, an application opens automatically. I have tried to contact indiatimes customer care through phone on 30th Apr 2014 and it was unsuccessful after several efforts. Then the next 3 days where holidays Saturday Sunday and mayday. Finally I was able to reach Indiatimes customer care on 2nd of May 2014. And they said I have to get the DOA report from Lenovo Service centre. I have requested the DOA From your authorized service centre “Shrishti Services” on 3rd Apr 2014. Although it was 6th day from delivery date including 3 holidays in between, service center was not ready to give the DOA. And they said they will replace the defective part. But nothing happened till now. then i have raised a complaint in lenova customary care on 21st may 2014 till now no response from the lenova teal also i am attaching all the documents related to this. please help me to solve this issue.
I don’t want go with Lenovo any more i need my money back and the compensation for this inconvenience and for the days i spent in service centre.
