I have purchased hp laptop model no HP 15-d005TU and serial no 5CB41136B0. Screen of laptop is flickering so booked complaint on 19 th MAY with complaint ID 4728521838. Your technical department gave me the number of local support office whom i have called many time but they do not pick up the phone.And when they do picked up phone finally they gave me number of their service engineer. The engineer said that I will need laptop box to get DOA which is not told to me.There nothing mentioned on bill or nor the dealer have told me to keep the laptop box. I think I have wasted more than week calling HP support centre,local support centre,service engineer.

I have called many time to customer care and local support centre i have wasted 1 hr each day from 19 MAY 2014.And they tell me to return 35000 rs product i will need a laptop box which I don’t have when they have to process DOA.

I want new unit as replacement and compensation for mental stress they have caused.
