You- Broadband – Poor Service – Review

I have a youbroadband connection.I had paid renewal fees of rs.4349 through cheque in the name of youbroadband india pvt. ltd. They called everyday after that ,stating the check has got bounced.so we gave them a new cheque of corporation bank,still everyday they called me and told that my cheques has got bounced.Now i thought something was wrong and i called up my bank and asked them whether the cheque has got cleared.the bank told that the cheques had got cleared .i.e. 4349+4349 =4698 were now with them.over and above all this they had disconnected my connection.But when I said that I will go to consumer complaint they rectified everything and told that they would refund the cheque of 4349 on 12/05/2014 but nothing of that happened.Instead they told that the amount was transferred to my 2 account(which is suspended because we had transferred).And the people are very shameless they dont have proper numbers,all the numbers of the nodal officers are either not picking up the call or else are wrong numbers.

I have lost almost 4349 towards renewal of broadband 300 towards calling their call centre everyday in all 4649
