100bestbuy.com – On-line Contest – Review

On 24th of April 2014, I across the advertisement of 100bestbuy.com through email. I participated in the contest of APPLE I phone 5S and Nokia Lumia 1020 mobile contest and I paid Rs.699 + Rs.699 by debit card via internet. Immediately after I had received call from 100best buy.com, saying as you are in top 15 contestants and you pay Rs.9999 to stay in contest . Also they told that for paying Rs.9999 free gift of Sony Ericson mobile Model no VIVAZ will delivered. If don’t win the contest the same amount will remain in my account as credit points which can be redeemed for further purchases. They have not told about any specific rules about redeeming the credit points.On the same day, I paid Rs.9999 ( Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine ) by debit card via internet.After paying Rs. 9999 , received call that the contest results will be announced on 30.04.2014, also told that they are dispatching free gift of BELMONTE BLACK DIAL Wrist watch. Subsequently received another call , due to some reasons contest results will be intimated on 15.05.2014 through email. After that no information received till date about the results of contest, When I am calling to Customer care 100bestbuy.com (08067539400) daily regarding the status of my product dispatch, the lines are always busy simply saying that their executive are busy so please be on line but waiting for long time no executive is available.I had received the free gifts of SONY ERICSON VIVAZ mobile phone and BELMONTE BLACK DIAL Wrist watch which I really don’t need.I had complained about the status of contest from 100bestbuy website on 17.05.2014 and reply not received till date.

Loss of Rs. 11397 + Daily phone calls to the customer care to party.
