Hi, This is Niraj Saini. I placed an Order for 5 products from www.shopping.indiatimes.com on 13th Dec 2013. Order No is 3002887486 and these five products are – 1. Woodland Shoes 2. Woodland Sandals 3. Vago Sandals 4. Red Chief Shoes 5. Tupperware Lunch Box 4 out of 5 products were delivered but 1 of them (Woodland Shoes) was NOT delivered and order status showed delivered. I raised many complaints on customer care, emailed to Operations desk and lodged complaints directly on Indiatimes website but never received any satisfactory update from them. Agents always keep on asking for more time to investigate the case further. I was fed up from agent’s responses, so I investigated it myself and raised the complaint in courier company FEDEX. FedEx said they received only one box of woodland sandals and they delivered it. Then I saw that FEDEX tracking number (797407576440)) for Woodland Shoes and Woodland Sandals was same and that is why the Woodland Shoes was also showing Delivered on the website. After doing all this, when I told Indiatimes about it, they didn’t show any response to it. It’s been 2 months and the shoes are not delivered yet and now they are saying that they do not have my size available in warehouse. I told them I am OK to wait more but I want the product and not the money. I just need to know how much I need to wait. After that, today I found that they initiated the cash return without my authorization. I purchased these shoes at discount of Rs1503. If Indiatimes want to pay the cash back then they have to make sure that either I get the same discount on other shoes or the same amount gift coupon so that I can re-order shoes. They must also compensate for harassing me mentally and all the time they have wasted till now.
