I bought Smart Tool kit advertized in Times of India assuming it is best tool kit of domestic purpose where we rarely open and use the tools required for specific purpose. Recently after a long time for the first time opened drill machine and hammer , Drill machine did not drill with the bits they have provided and finally burnt and I went outside to bring manual jumper to make a hole while hammering hammer broke badly. From looks wise it is excellent and is meant to keep in the show case and not for real use for the purpose.

While working with the tools, if we are careless definetely could have caused irreparable damage to the person who is near by and might also could have caused electrical issues in the house.

I hope appropriate action would be taken against the times shopping and i leave the decision to core and times shopping company to decide the way forward.
