I have booked one confirm Chair Car ticket on 2-8-2012 PNR Number: 6412008923. But reaching at station we came to know that the train had cancelled. Then we talk to IRCTC and as per their advice I filed one TDR for the same. TDR Reference No: ekt2012086005386229; TDR Filing Date: 06-Aug-2012 but till date we have not received anything.

For the cancellation of train first of all, the passenger not only reach the destination on time but also face lot of physical & mental harassment. Even till date not get refund amount. Several times I email not get the refund amount.

Though it won’t compensate with money but at least it too some extent it minimise losses. First I want refund amount. Then I want additional Rs.5000/= for all these harassment and delay in refund amount.
