Indigo Airlines are charging convenience fees for online booking of tickets. They should in fact be offering a discount because they are saved effort of ticketing. This fees has been increasing and is now Rs 150/ticket. Also, cancellation charges have become prohibitive and are increased to Rs 1500 per ticket.
