Hi Team Goindigo is not refunding the money even though the flight cancellation was due to the airline mistake. Airline changed and postponed the flight by more than an hour which was not possible for me to afford due to my future engagements. I have already suffered a lot of inconvenience and on top of that airline as caused me monetary loss. I booked a ticket in Go-indigo flight from Jaipur to Bangalore for travel date 28th October for me and my wife. My flight PNR was A8Q16Q. On 26th October only, I received a Flight itinerary which mentioned the flight timings as per scheduled. But once I checked the flight on 28th October , I was shocked to see that my flight timings have been postponed by 1 hr 5 mins. I and my wife had to leave to Mangalore by bus for which the last bus leaves at not after 12 in night. You can check that over internet and I am also sending you the screen-shot for that. I had to hence unfortunately cancel my flight and look for some other flights available. Later when I checked the flights immediately after the event , I was in a state of utter trauma when I found that all flights fares have been raised to sky-high prices. The prices have become to around 20 thousand per passenger, which was around 4 times of what I had booked earlier.Not only this , most of the flights had lengthy breaks in the middle.This was something not acceptable to me and hence I had to cancel my entire itinerary.I can provide the screen shots if required.
