– lost my checked in baggage when I used Indigo airline services to travel from Hyderabad to Jaipur on 5th Apr 2013 by Flight no 6E-152 vide PNR no ZQU6CW – There is severe deficiency in the services as they lost the baggage containing valuable articles, and then offered to compensate with Rs 2,800 that does not even cover the cost of an empty bag – I sent a few mails but the response remained same i.e. compensation of 2800 – I sent a notice through ICRPC and airlines responded the same i.e. compensation of 2800

compensation of Rs. 30,000-40,000 for the loss – compensation of Rs. 50,000 against the inconvenience, mental agony and harassment caused due to the defective service.
