Dear sir, i have book my client 4 airline tickets at 25/12/2014 and 28/12/2014 from Hyderabad to delhi for 01/01/2015 07:45 am . they reach airport at 07:05 am and ticket print after that indigo officer tell my ticket is cancel because you are late 5 min they requested many time but no one help .they only tell plz purchase new ticket for another flight my ticket amount is waste so help me .

they are belong to poor or middle class family on the spot they purchase new ticket .
