I cancelled an Indigo flight on 9 Jan and the refund amount should be 1200+ rupees but on 14 Jan I got the refund amount as Rs 382 in my bank account and I notified MakeMyTrip of this discrepancy on 12 Jan itself as it was showing Rs 382 in refund status. Irrespective of calling 3-4 times since 12 Jan, nothing has happened and the complain is getting circulating within the departments itself. I demand Refund of my amount at the earliest with some compensation for this issue.
