I requested them to provide me the bike loan details as it will end by Oct 2014. Also the procedure to remove hypothecation . Iv sent a mail on 6th Oct 2014, requesting my bike loan details & to whom to contact for information. As i tried to reach on toll free CC number & failed. One Mr. Hitan Patel responded on 9th October stating me to please await to get the desired details in short time. After the mail there is no response. Iv sent several remainders till now. 1 month is quite long for providing simple byke loan details. That too from a private nationalized BANK. I feel disgusted waiting till now & feel like raising a complaint here.
