ordered “Ghost War” book vide Sub order No 22994388 from Infibeam.com online on October 19th. On November 4th I was informed that the book will be dispatched by Nov 7th, over these weeks I have made several telephone calls and emails to see the position. Each time I was assure that within 3/4 days the book will be sent. On Nov 14th I was informed that the book will be dispatched by 17th Nov positively
I dont want to get my money back, I want the book and also book voucher or discount voucher since I made numerous telephone calls and also sent emails,If necessary I will send you copies of the email.
