infibeam.com,poor service, no service station for cell phone for repair

Dear Sir My name is Vijay Kumar and I bought an Andi4d phone in the month of Feb from infibeam.com. I regret to say that it had been the worst phone I have ever used, even worse than most Chinese phones available in the market. It had got all the problems from voice unclarity to wifi connectivity issues; then internet issues and screen can’t be accessed while during a call; so on and so forth. I tried every thing but nothing worked. I also spoke to infibeam, but they asked me to speak to iball, called them in quite a few times, but could not connect. Finally I tried to make do with it. A couple of months later, phone’s touch screen stopped working. So I submitted the phone to its service centre. They asked me for a week’s time. I waited for a week. Then I started calling them. I made several calls to them and every time they gave me the assurance that I would receive the phone in next few days and those next few days never came. One fine day they gave me the number of one his seniors. His number is 8288836984. Now I started calling him. He always gave me lame excuses and promised me to give a call back the next day. And of course he never returned to any of my call. These people kept avoiding me, overlooking the matter and procrastinating things. It had been the most unprofessional and disgusting experience I have ever had among all the phone companies I have known. I hope you can easily understand the fact that no normal person can live without a phone for such a long time. So I had already bought a cheep Nokia phone for my basic use. But it had only one Sim, so I still eagerly waited for Andi phone after servicing. Nearly two months later I bought another phone with full fledged features (because I could not live without a phone for such a long time. Besides I have lost all hopes of receiving my phone from iball) Sir, now it’s been 2 long months. I still call them, they hardly ever pick my phone and if they ever receive the call, gave me false promises, ask me to wait more. They tell me the phone has gone to Mumbai. Sir I tell you what No other company might need this much of time to get a phone repaired, If I had gone to private phone repair service provider, he would have fixed it in just two hrs. They are taking this much of time, I don’t know why? It does not require any rocket science. Having received such after sale service I have firmly decided NEVER EVER go in for iball products. As a matter of fact if this is the way things work out in iball, I am sure nobody would ever be going for repurchase and recommendation with it. And yes I didn’t let you know that I tried their call centre number a lot many times, but it never connects. So sir you tell me what I shall do now – Keep calling your Customer Care number or workshop supervisors or FORWARD this mail to Consumer Court I am really pissed off.
