Infibeam – lenevo laptop – Manufacturing defect poor response refund my money

I ordered for one unit of lenevo laptop and paid money by debit card. The item came after one week. I opened the pack and wanted to format and use it. To my surprise and sorrow, I found a very small brown dot on the screen. So I did not format the same. I wrote to Infibeam and talked to them immediately over phone. They wanted some snapshots of the inner and outer of the pack and the unit. I sent the same with the request to replace the defective unit by a zero-defect one. They have not done it till date although more than two weeks have gone by. I have sent several reminders and their email reply over a week back was that they were looking into my complaint. Three days back, some one talked me over phone and said the dot is not visible in the photograph. Unless it is visible, nothing can be done. I am under severe mental tension. I cannot lose my hard-earned money.

I want the unit completely replaced by a zero-defect unit.
