I ordered a product (No. 12345076) on 31 Dec 2013 for Rs 2924 as a gift to my father, even after many days when it was not delivered to me I called to customer care on 8th Jan and I was promised that this product will be delivered to me in next 2 days. I again called on 10th and I was again promised. But today I received an SMS that my product is cancelled without even my confirmation. I ask how can this be cancelled, when my ordered is confirmed and payment is made then its a legal binding contract to fulfill the contract. I request you to look into the matter swiftly and compensate me for the damages.
