Umi Mobile – issues with the touch screen poor service by centre

I purchased a Zync Z1000 in Nov-Dec 2012. The tab was fine for the first few months but since May – June 2013 there were issues with the touch screen. Specifically the screen use to self click and apps would open/ shut/ edit by themselves. I was advised rebooting latest software from the website, which I did but the problem crept up again after a week. This was the constant advice given till October and I had rebooted the device 3-4 times. In Oct 2013 I was told to hand it out to local service centre in Khar, Mumbai. Received the tab back on 27 November 2013 saying it was repaired. I checked the tab and during start up itself I pointed out to the repair centre engineer that there was discolouration in the LCD/LED screen. After it turned on I discovered that the tab was worse than before, which was also confirmed by the repair centre engineer. He also mentioned that the screen was possibly damaged by the ZYNC technicians during repair. He booked it in again for repair and since then it has been with Zync

I would want my tab repaired in working condition or replaced with a brand new one. Alternatively I would like to be reimbursed by the Rs. 10,999 that I have paid for this
