I had ordered for a Epson printer for my business use and as per infibeams website it was suppose to be shipped in 2 to 3 days. but i had placed an order on 16th jan 2013 order number is 12449023 and the same is not shipped till date. Which is impacting on my business and is leading to additional costs. So i expect this dealer to pay compensation for the business loss that i have incurred due to the delay and mental frustration. And deliver the printer to me on priority.

The delay had lead to below Business loss as i was not able to do billing additional cost as i was suppose to go out for a printer mental frustration. I would expect the company to Deliver the printer immediately and i would want the company to pay a compensation of Rs.200 Per day which i am losing to take print out outside for my business.
