I placed my order on Jul 26, 2014 7:57:10 PM (Order No 13380352 – Nilkamal Weekender Garden Chair, weather brown ). The Product was shipped on Aug 1, 2014 by Hand (Local Vendor). Till today i havent received the product & when made complaints i was asked to wait for 6 – 8 days from the day of shipping and by now its almost 12 days & i have no clue where my order is & inspite of my repeated complaints i neither get product nor refund of money.

I have spent on the product i spent money on calling them repeated to get to know the status of my order, i made lots of written complaints / on Website. I have spent lots of time & money. And the product was intended for my wife who was pregnant. considering all delay & waste of my time & money i demand compensation atleast 10 times the value of the product.
